Welcome to Trix2themaxfitness Running Club!

What's this about?

Trix2themaxfitness will be holding 2 running routes in Hyde Park – 5km and 10km (see the map below) on weekends at 8.30am, starting Summer 2012.

The runs will be tracked using the Nike iPod application, which will record the time, calories burnt as well as the speed achieved.

In the interests of safety and to minimise chances of injury, there will be 10 mins of stretches before and after the run.

Hyde Park has toilet and refreshment facilities, however we would advise clients to visit these before or after the run takes place.

A medical & lifestyle questionnaire session will be arranged with Cliff Johnson when you join the club.

With regards to the running kit, you do need a pair of shoes that is right for you and, if you are a woman, you need a proper sports bra.
