The personal training service offers you the skills of a qualified expert with the advice and motivation of a fitness professional to help you achieve your aims and goals.
The service is used by clients who wish to embark on a fitness programme or enhance their existing programme or need motivation and inspiration to help their fitness regime along with health and fitness consultation and lifestyle management.

- Duration:
- Each session lasts for 1 hour unless otherwise arranged by the trainer.
- Cancellation charges:
- If cancellation is not received within 24 hours in advance, the client will be charged in full for the scheduled session.
- The client will be charged the full fee for non-attendance of the session without prior notification.
- Please try to notify your trainer as soon as possible of any problems that may arise and affect your training schedule.
Starts from £35-£55 per hour depending on fitness requirments.
Cheques and cash are payable to the trainer, in advance prior to the personal training session.
