Outdoor group fitness is becoming very popular amongst people who enjoy the challenge of team circuits and the pleasure of exercising in fresh air. The fitness programmes are focused around using your body weight for productive resistance mixed in with dynamic and functional movements.

Fitness candidates will be issued with a Health/Fitness Medical Questionnaire Liability PAR-Q form to fill in while taking part in any physical activity.

Please download and fill out your details using the PAR-Q form here and bring it to your first session.

*Please ensure to bring as little as possible as we will be moving around the park and will have no set place for belongings, i.e. a bottle of water, keys and oyster card.
