Soccer background
Born in Monrovia, Liberia and at the age of 13, I moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I have been playing soccer since the age of 7; I started playing in youth league teams within the community, where I was the captain for every team that I played on. Because of my competence in the sport I was later place on higher leagues that were sponsored by the Country’s national team, Lone star. Due to playing at this level, my skills accelerated and I understood the game of soccer remarkably.
High School
When entering high school I had a rapid modification on the men varsity soccer team, gaining a starting role as striker/forward. During my four years of high school I played every single game, I was the leading goal scorer on my team and I was the MVP every year. In the 60 plus games, I scored approximately 80 goals within four years that I played in high school. I successfully graduated high school in 2005.
Upon graduating from high school, I volunteered to coach at a public middle school during the summer time in my community. I volunteered Monday, Wednesday and Friday, to help students improve their skills in soccer.
Junior Lone star
A local Liberian club in the Philadelphia community, I was one of the founding fathers. I started off playing as a midfielder and later on switch to a striker. The Junior Lone star team participated in the Pennsylvania state cup every year since 2003. During the year of 2008, we won the Pennsylvania state cup against FC Delco; we also were champions of regional 1. Because being regional champions we were able to participate in the nationals, which took place in Seattle, Washington, representing regional 1.

Wilmington University/ Wilmington, Delaware
I was recruited by the head coach Nick Papanicolas to play for Wilmington University. My freshmen year I played 16 out of 18 games; due injuries I didn’t play the remaining 2 games. I scored 12 goals and 6 assists. I was my team MVP and freshmen of the year in the CACC conference. In my sophomore year I scored 9 goals and 4 assists. During my sophomore year, the team won the CACC conference championship. My junior year, I had 14 goals and 7 assists. I was the MVP and one of the team’s captains during that year. During my senior year, I scored 21 goals and 10 assists. I was the leading goal scorer in my conference and also player of the year in my conference.
During my college career I was a four-time 1st team all conference, I was a three-time 2nd team all region. My senior year I was a 1st team all region, player of the year in the region and first team all American. I ended my college career successfully besides dominating during those years; I was also featured in the State’s local newspaper multiple times. During my college career at Wilmington, I helped changed the team’s program drastically because the university had the opportunity to get ranked in the NCAA at no. 9 for the first time in the school history. During the year, the school was also able to reach the NCAA tournament for the first time.
Puerto Rico Islanders FC
After graduating from the University I was able to sign my first professional contract with the Islanders. During my time there the team was able to win the USL championship for the first time in the team’s history.
Personal
I’m very dedicated to the game and always am ready and willing to improve my skills everyday. Of all I have accomplished in my career I still think that I am a coachable player. My liability, correspondence, domination and team rationality has taken me far both in soccer and in my personal life.
Anthony Allison currently signed 1 year contract and plays for Sanvikens IF 2015, after scoring 25 goals for his last team Frano Sk in 2014
